The young Andrea Collarini returns to play for Argentina for two years after representing the United States
A couple of years ago, after a successful junior career, Collarini chose the States because the USTA would pay for expenses and training.
Collarini was born in New York to Argentine parents and grew up in Argentina.
"Going back is an important decision. Argentina is a country that I love...I have family and friends here."
Currently ranked 346, in 2010 Collarini was a top ten junior and played the final of Roland Garros under-18, losing to compatriot Agustin Velotti.
"I was born in the United States, but I have lived and I bettered my tennis in Argentina. My experience in America has been good, but my place is here," he said at a press conference during a Challenger event in San Juan.
