Sharapova working out at the beach

Tennis: World number three Maria Sharapova is so determined that summer cannot stop her from doing tough work outs, rather she has shared that she is loving them.

The Russian beauty shared a picture on her facebook page on Monday in which she could be seen working out on the sand at the beach. The stylish tennis player had put on her ear phones and was training hard. She wrote this caption under the picture, “Loving the workouts in the summer time.”

Tough North American hard court season is coming up and Sharapova needs to be in perfect physical condition to do a good job during that. Race for the year end number one ranking is also pretty close between her, Serena Williams and Victoria Azarenka.

The Russian super star faced a surprise loss at the hands of Portuguese qualifier Michelle Larcher De Brito in the second round of Wimbledon. Before that she had a pretty good time at the first two Grand Slams, reaching semi-finals at the Australian Open and final of French Open.

Sharapova gave best performance at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, where she defeated former world number one Caroline Wozniacki in the final to win the title. The 26-year-old lost to current world number one Serena in the final of Sony Open and Mutua Madrid Open.
