The World Team Cup, founded in 1978, has always been a certain fascination among fans, thanks to a formula quite compelling and the presence of many from the big tennis scene, arrayed in eight nationals, divided into two groups of four. In 2013, the show, based in Dusseldorf, just before the start of Roland Garros, however, will not take place.
