According to one Sardinian newspaper, a boat was fined in Sardinia for being too close to the coast. The harbormaster was making the appropriate checks when he noticed the problem and made the fine to the record of 172 euros.

Upon news of the violation of boating regulations when the harbormaster and military investigated the situation, they discovered that the commander of the boat was Rafael Nadal, who was somewhat embarrassed by the events and the sea military inspection. He had not noticed how close the boat had become to the coast, but the military did not back down and objected to the violation as per regulation.

The event took place on Sunday in Porto Pino in the coast of Sulcis.
