Rain delays Day 2 action at Wimbledon

Rain has delayed the start of play on the second day of the tennis event at the All England Club.

Mtches were scheduled to start at 11-30 AM GMT but the rain means that only play got underway on the Centre Court.

Agnieszka Radwanska, the second seed and Wimbledon finalist this year, has begun her first round match against German Julia Goerges.

Rain may create problems for several players and the schedule,which is already tight due to three events being played over 15 days - singles, doubles and mixed doubles.
