Roger Federer celebrates 15 years of career

15 years and he is still here. It was back in September 22nd, 1997 when a young Swiss tennis hopeful appeared for the first time in the ATP rankings, the 803rd position.
That kid's name was Roger Federer and at that time he was only 16 years old. A lot of water has passed under the bridge, and now after so many Slams and matches won, he faces the prospect that he has become a wonderful champion, perhaps the greatest in tennis history.
Federer expresses his emotions through his Facebook page:

'I just realized that 15 years ago (09/22/1997), at the age of sixteen, I made my debut in the ATP ranking ... I'm back for another fifteen years in the circuit! '
