Tomas Berdych, in Abu Dhabi to promote the edition 2013 of the Mubadala Tennis Championship to be held December 27 to 29, answered a few questions from fans.

"Until 2010, the year of my Wimbledon final, I thought that the surface where I could win a Grand Slam was just the grass (lawn tennis) , then I changed my mind because this year I did not do well at both Wimbledon and the Olympics, but I have reached the semi-finals in all 4 Slams except in Australia, so I can do well on any surface."

"According to me, the perfect player should have the service of John Isner, the backhand of Novak Djokovic, the forehand of ... can I say mine? (laughs) for the flight game Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal for response. With regard to the movement a hybrid between Djokovic and Nadal. "

"If I were a football player, I would be Messi. My worst nightmare on the court? Novak Djokovic (laughs). "

"The biggest game I've played is definitely the Wimbledon final. This sight, no doubt that within Mahut and Isner, which with their record entered into human history. "

"If I could choose a partner for doubles, I would Todd Woodbridge, he won an incredible number of Grand Slam."

"The craziest thing a fan has done for me ... the first time I went to Tokyo a fan gave me a Japanese-English dictionary to learn a few words."
