Venus Williams and her younger sister Serena Williams defeated the top seeds Liezel Huber and Lisa Raymond in the semi-finals on Friday.
Williams sisters bounced back after getting thrashed in the opener to down their compatriots in three sets 2-6, 6-1, 6-2 to advance to the title match.
Venus and Serena are four times former champion in the women’s doubles event at the All England Club. They won titles here in 2000, 2002, 2008-09.
They will play either the Italian duo of Flavia Pennetta and Francesca Schiavone of Czech team of Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka in the final.
Serena will be looking to win a double crown, as she is also in the final of singles, where she will meet Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland.
