Wimbledon - Sharapova shocked in round four by Lisicki

French Open champion and world no. 1 Maria Sharapova has been upset in the fourth round of the Wimbledon Championships on Monday by German Sabine Lisicki.

The 15th seeded German used her big serve to complete the 6-4, 6-3 win on Court no. 1.

Sharapova saved two match points but Lisicki served an ace on her second serve on her third match point.

Lisicki also reached the semi finals last year here but has been struggling this year in the first half of the season.

She will meet the winner of the match between Kim Clijsters and Angelique Kerber in the quarter finals.

Lisicki hit 18 winners, including 6 aces, in the match
