UH Spring Invitational: Solid start for Washington State on Day 1

Tennis - 3 teams are shaping their form in Lahaina, Maui, before the start of spring action


The University of Hawai'i women's tennis team is the host of the UH Spring Invitational at the Royal Lahaina Tennis Ranch in Lahaina, Maui, with 3 teams fighting in singles and doubles action. Besides the host squad, there are also Kansas and Washington State, and we some interesting matches on the first day of competition. There were 16 matches in total, Washington State scored 7 wins, Kansas grabbed 6 while Hawai'i took the remaining 3, thanks to Marina Hruba/Roxanne Resma, Cindy Nguyen, and Petra Melounova.
