The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's tennis team has two matches on the schedule over the upcoming President's Day weekend. The Mocs travel to No. 13 Georgia Tech and host Murray State.
The Mocs are 1-6 all-time against the Ramblin' Wreck, with the lone win coming in 1984. This is the first meeting in the series since 2010.
"We know we are playing the toughest team on our schedule with No. 13 Georgia Tech," stated head coach Chad Camper. "I tell the team it is good for us to see the top level of college tennis. There are many similarities between us and them and it is important for us to be ready to compete and come out with several game plans."
"We saw Murray State play in the fall and we know they have a lot of depth," stated Camper. "This team will challenge us in many positions and we need to make sure we bring our best effort. We are preparing for this match as if it is a conference opponent."
