At almost 37 years, the Italian is another example of how this season is favorable to over 30. Steve Johnson came back to win an ATP title in front of his home-crowd in Houston. However, the big surprise of the week came in Biel. Marketa Vondrousova (she has not yet turned 18!) has reached and won her first final in career, starting the main draw as qualified. A fairy tale. Nearly three years later, she was eliminated in the quarterfinals of the ITF tournament in Florida, by the WTA ranking number 896 with the score of 6-0 6-3 ..
