The work done by the Novak Djokovic Foundation and Children Change Colombia, supported by Jamie Murray, has been recognized by ATP that through the Aces for Charity Program distribuited eight grants. Djokovic foundation helps children aged from three to five, while Murray supports a project that aims to defend the rights of Colombia’s most at-risk and neglected children.
ATP Aces is a global initiative and since 2011, it has awarded 76 grants totalling more than $940,000 in donations.
'The kids from Serbia grew up in tough circumstances because of the war and we know how it feels. We want to make sure that through foundation we bring better opportunities to these children to have a better life, better opportunities to access to the education and to realize their dreams,' Djokovic had said recently about the focus of his organisation.
