After a few rather quiet weeks in terms of rankings, Wimbledon finally brought some bigger changes at the top. Andy Murray is still world's best player, spending his 37th week on the ATP throne, but Rafael Nadal is now less than 300 points behind him in second.

Roger Federer, who won his 19th Grand Slam crown, grabbed 2000 points, and that propelled him from 5th to 3rd, which is his best ranking in almost a year. Roger is just 1200 points behind Andy, and with no points to defend until the end of the season, he will be one of the favorites to end the season as the world number 1, especially if he earns enough money during the US Open series.

Novak Djokovic is still 4th, 200 points behind Roger, but it is uncertain what will be his next moves, as he has to do something about that troubled elbow urgently. Stan Wawrinka is 5th, 1600 points behind Murray, and the battle for the number 1 spot should be a great one in the months to come.

In the ATP Race, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer are far ahead of anybody else, just like in the good old times. Marin Cilic, who lost in the final yesterday, stayed 6th, ahead of Dominic Thiem, Kei Nishikori, Milos Raonic and Grigor Dimitrov, who complete the Top 10 company.

Alexander Zverev is 11th, gathering the same number of points as Dimitrov, and he will have a chance to return to the Top 10 soon. There were no new players in the Top 30 and the biggest movers in that group are Gilles Muller and Sam Querrey, who both had a great run at the All England Club.

Ruben Bemelmans is the biggest mover in the Top 100, gaining 28 places to be 96th, followed by youngster Andrey Rublev who jumped for 21 places. Top 20 rankings list:
