Rafael Nadal's 2018 Australian Open outfit has been revealed, and there is an important news. For the first time in a decade, the world No. 1 will wear a sleeveless t-shirt again. The news had been in the air for a few days, now Nadal himself confirmed it in a press conference call.
I enjoy playing sleeveless', Nadal said. 'I always felt comfortable, I have good memories of that time and it's not bad to do it again. Also, as months go on I will combine the two options.' As you can see by photos here below, Nadal wore a sleeveless white t-shirt and a pink short.
Nadal will try to win his second title in Melbourne. He won the 2009 Australian Open final prevailing over Roger Federer in five sets, but lost three painful finals: in 2012 to Novak Djokovic, in 2014 to Stan Wawrinka and in 2017 to Roger Federer.
Nadal may wear a grey sleeve t-shirt too, combined with a a blue short, grey and red shoes, grey jacket.
