Invited by the Singapore Tourism Board and Sport Singapore, former World No.1 Caroline Wozniacki visited the Singapore Sports Institute, sharing her experiences and even giving tips to around 50 kids from Nanyang Girls' High School and Hwa Chong Institution.
Players who took part in South-east Asia Junior tournaments and the WTA Future Stars tournament were also present. These kids also got an opportunity to see the technology used at the Institute to film their strokes, and analyse how they can improve their stroke movements.
The Dane also took part in a session where her serve was being filmed and analysed using video technology. Presently ranked 6th on the WTA Charts, Wozniacki is ranked No.14 on the Road To Singapore and she said that she is hopeful of finishing in the Top-8 and compete in the BNP Paribas WTA Finals in Singapore.
