Former British No 1, Laura Robson had been dealt another injury scare as the 22 year old was forced to withdraw from her qualifying match in Eastbourne. Robson had her right leg heavily taped and could not continue after playing a set.
The injury scare had put the Brits participation in doubt for Wimbledon, however, based on the medical checkups, Robson herself has taken to social media to comfort her fans and assure them of her participation at the All England Club.
The treatment on her right leg is due on to finish on Tuesday and following the treatment, the 22 year old is expected to be cleared to practice and continue on her preparations for Wimbledon.
Injuries have been a problem for Robson in the past as a recurring wrist injury has kept her out of the tour for the most part of the past two years. Also Read: WTA Eastbourne- Former champions Vesnina and Makarova through to the second round .
