2003 - Semi-final in Algeria F2 Futures, Davis Cup debut against Denmark

2004 - 2 Futures finals lost at home in Tunisia, with 3 other semi-finals

2005 - 4 Futures finals and 1 title, quarter-final in Saransk Challenger

2006 - 2 Futures finals, title at Tunisia F7 event

2007 - Malek played only 11 tournaments due to injury, winning just 5 Futures matches

2008 - Semi-final in Austria F6 event and the quarter-final in Timisoara Challenger as a qualifier

2009 - Quarter-final in Tanger Challenger and he lost 3 back-to-back Futures finals before conquering Tunisia F3 tournament. Another Futures title in Georgia F2 

2010 - 4 Futures finals, titles in Tunisia and Spain

2011 - Semi-final in Rabat Challenger and titles in Great Britain F7 and F8 Futures. Semi-final in Astana Challenger and title in Kazakhstan F4 Futures, followed by Samarkand final and his first Grand Slam win at the US Open as a qualifier. Won Geneva Challenger after beating Mischa Zverev in the final, finishing the year inside the Top 120

2012 - Another solid season with 6 ATP wins and a similar ranking that he had a year ago. Reached Quimper, Kyoto, and Pingguo Challenger finals, and he won a match at Roland Garros and Wimbledon. First ATP semi-final in Moscow

2013 - Won Geneva Challenger and played in Fergana semi-final. Also, he played in 6 other quarter-finals, closing the season in the Top 170

2014 - Final run in Dallas Challenger with another semi-final in Morelos and an ATP quarter-final in Dubai. Lost in the final of Izmir Challenger and reached the third round in Shanghai Masters before closing the season with a semi-final in Champaign, finishing the year ranked 76th

2015 - 12 ATP wins and third round result at the Australian Open. Quarter-final in Bogota and the semi-final in Winston-Salem, losing to Kevin Anderson. Won Challenger title in Rennes and he missed the year-end Top 100 position by 3 places

2016 - 17 ATP wins and he closed the season in the Top 60 for the first time. Lost 6 out of the first 7 matches on the Tour but he won Guadalajara Challenger in March and Le Gosier 2 weeks later. Played in the quarter-final of Barcelona and the third round in Washington, with a title in Istanbul and quarter-finals in Metz and Shenzhen

2017 - 16 ATP wins and another season in the Top 100. Third round at the Australian Open and the 4th round in Indian Wells. Defended his Istanbul title but he failed to win a match in his last 6 tournaments he played
