Tiger Woods is making a comeback! Or at least, that’s what Paige Spiranac thinks is going to happen in a month’s time from now. Twitter video Titled Tea Time shows retired golfer and social media sensation Paige Spiranac discussing relevant topics in the world of sports, like Tom Brady’s return to NFL.
She recently made a bold prediction about Tiger Woods as well. Spiranac said, “Tiger Woods was inducted to the World Golf Hall of Fame. And everyone is commentating on how well he was walking”. She continued, “which means one thing, he is coming back for the Masters”.
Tiger Woods comeback at the Masters? “You will see me on the PGA TOUR. I just don’t know when,” was the last statement Woods made regarding his return. He was talking to Jim Nantz and Sir Nick Faldo during the 2022 Genesis Invitational.
Despite constant questioning, the golf legend has not said much about his possible comeback. He had, however, shared that he was recovering well from the accident he suffered last year. Woods had injured his right leg in the accident, due to which he had to take a break from the sport.
Woods added that he was healthy enough to play the sport. However, it was walking the entire course that concerned him the most. Recently, Woods received the honour of being inducted into the Hall of Fame. And he was spotted walking without much problem when he arrived at the venue with his family.
Seeing the GOAT walk effortlessly might have given Spiranac and many others the idea that Woods might just make a comeback at the Masters. Spiranac met Woods for the first time at Shadow Creek Golf Course in Las Vegas in 2018 and posted about it on her Instagram account, which has more than 1.4 million followers.
“Today I met Tiger and he gave me a chipping lesson,” Spiranac said. “So basically my life is complete”.
