Ryder Cup 2023, the list fot the qualifications

After his stellar performance at St Andrews, Antoine Rozner leapt up the European points rankings with a mathematical qualification in the selection of captain Luke Donald. 4th in the Dunhill Links Championship in Scotland, Antoine Rozner, who occupied 10th place in the European points list after the French Open, moved up 9 places and entered the top 10.

He is now the best-positioned Frenchman, but the road to Rome is still long.

The Ryder Cup, officially known as The Ryder Cup Matches, is a golf tournament that takes place every two years, starting in 1927 (except for some editions [Note 1]), between a selection of US players and a selection of players Europeans.

The competition usually takes place in the fall, in September or October. The European team is selected on the basis of the European Tour money list and the World Ranking. From the 2018 edition, the first four players with the most points earned in the European tour (Race to Dubai) and four other players based on the points earned in the World Ranking (without, however, counting the foreign tournaments held during the Rolex Series) enter by right.

The European captain, like his American colleague, also has four wild cards, with which he can summon players regardless of the rankings.
