LIV golf announces its full schedule for 2023

After several weeks of suspense, the rebel league of the Liv Golf Invitational Series has validated its calendar of fourteen tournaments for 2023. Eight of them will take place on American soil. For the second season of the dissident circuit financed by the Sovereign Fund of Saudi Arabia (PIF), there will be fourteen tournaments on the program.

The first had been known for a long time, scheduled for February at the Camaleon Golf Club in Mexico City. Three of these tournaments will take place on American courses belonging to Donald Trump, the former President of the United States, notably the Doral, in Florida.

On the other hand, the Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club, in Boston, where Dustin Johnson won last year, lost its place.

As expected, Valderrama in Spain, the site of a mythical edition of the Ryder Cup in 1997 which had hosted one of the historic tournaments of the DP World Tour for many years, gave in to the sirens of the Gulf.

Ditto for the Sentosa course in Singapore, which will mark the entry of LIV Golf into Southeast Asia. The last meeting of the season, for the closing of the Team Championship, will take place at the Royal Greens Golf & Country Club, in Saudi Arabia.
