Tiger Woods wins lawsuit against ex-girlfriend

Erica Herman, Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend, must abide by the non-disclosure agreement signed with the California golf champion and must settle things with him through private arbitration and behind closed doors. This was established in Florida by judge Elizabeth Metzger, who rejected Herman's attempt to cancel an agreement with Woods, which would have been signed in 2017, accusing him of harassment.

Charges that Judge Metzger branded as "vague and threadbare."
