De Chambeau began the day at the facilities located in the Cadiz town of San Roque three shots from first place and with an agile and safe game he ended the day with an overall balance of 9 strokes under par, which leaves him in the most frank position to try the final victory.

In second position is his compatriot Talor Gooch (-8) just one stroke behind De Chambeau, preceding another American, Brooks Koepka (-6), third in a tournament that is having an absolute role of players from the North American country.

The fourth classified is also American, in this case the one who was the leader after the first day, Johnson, who finished his first two laps with -4. In fifth place is the Colombian Sebastián Muñoz with -3, while the best classified Spaniard is David Puig, sixth with -2, in a display of hits until he completed the round at five under par, ending his unfortunate first day in Valderrama.

In ninth place is Sergio García (-1), from Castellón, who this Saturday made the tour alongside the field. Captain Sergio Garcia, of Fireballs GC, watches his shot from the 14th tee during the final round of LIV Golf DC at Trump National, Sunday, May 28, 2023, in Sterling, Va.

In the team classification, the Range Goats and Crushers squad are tied for the lead, both with 10 under par. This last team held on in the first position thanks to the good work of the leader De Chambeau, although harassed by a Range Goats who had his best asset in Gooch, supported by the Belgian Tom Pieters, who had a very solid lap of -4 .

The Torque team (-8) rose one place to provisional third place due to the strength shown on this day by the Colombian Muñoz and the Spanish Puig. The third and last day of this tournament, which has been held in Valderrama since Friday, is scheduled for this Sunday.
