Many are hopeful for Tiger Woods's imminent return to the golf course. Persistent injuries have hindered him for years, preventing us from witnessing the genuine Woods we all desire to see. His prolonged absence stems from a turbulent personal life and certain decisions.

Nevertheless, Woods' fans remain optimistic, anticipating brighter chapters ahead and longing to witness his peak performance back on the course. His reign of dominance spanned years, but injuries eventually halted that dominance.

Tiger Woods, an iconic figure in golf, has hit his lowest position in the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) during his remarkable 27-year career. His recent drop to #1307 in the OWGR resulted from an extended hiatus due to ankle surgery in April 2023, leading to his withdrawal from The Masters' final round.

Despite this, Woods holds the record for the most weeks at #1—683 in total—surpassing Greg Norman by a significant margin. His initial rise to World No.1 was in 1997, and he last held the position in 2014, marking a remarkable era of dominance.

Truly, an impressive statistic that speaks volumes about the greatness of Tiger Woods.

Additionally, Woods maintained an unmatched streak of 281 consecutive weeks as the World No.1. Woods recently caddied for his son, Charlie, at a junior golf event.

Many say that his son has enormous potential and that he could succeed his father in the right way. He's eager for the upcoming PNC Championship, aiming to team up with Charlie. Despite his reassurance about his ankle's condition, walking four rounds with Charlie left its mark.

Additionally, Woods shared an update about his TGL team, set to launch alongside Rory McIlroy and the PGA Tour in early January 2024. It is difficult to predict what will happen in the next few weeks and months, but we certainly look forward to his eventual return.
