Aditi Ashok, the talented Indian player, clinched victory in the Andalucia Costa del Sol Open de España with a total of 271 (69 68 68 66, -17) shots, overtaking all her opponents from second place thanks to an excellent 66 (-6) which included six bogey-free birdies.

The match took place at the Real Club de Golf Las Brisas (par 72) in Marbella, Spain, where Ashok once again demonstrated her prowess in the game. This is her fifth title on the her circuit, her second of the season, which puts her in first place in her category.

Second and third place went to Anne Van Dam (273, -15) and Ana Pelaez Trivino (275, -13), respectively. During the match, two Italians competed: Virginia Elena Carta, who reached 18th place with a score of 283 (73 74 65 71, -5), and Alessandra Fanali, who ranked 39th with a score of 289 (74 74 72 69, +1).

An exciting sporting event where Ashok demonstrated her skill and determination which make her one of the most talented and competitive players of the moment. Behind the leading trio are the Swede Linn Grant and the Australian Kristen Rudgeley, fourth with 276 (-12) and the Belgian Manon De Roey in sixth place with 277 (-11).

In seventh position with 278 (-10) are the Swede Caroline Hedwall, the Indian Diksha Dagar, the Norwegian Madelene Stavnar, the French Celine Boutier and the Iberian amateur Andrea Revuelta, all tied in tenth place. The European tour sees Trichat Cheenglad, a 28-year-old from Bangkok, as number one, who, despite his position in 55th place with 293 (+5), consolidated his leadership in the Race To Costa del Sol (order of merit) with 1,966 points, followed by Celine Boutier with 1,875 points and Diksha Dagar with 1,825 points.

Aditi Ashok has moved up to fourth place with 1,809 points, while Ana Pelaez Trivino is in fifth place with 1,579 points. In 46th place is Fanali with 632 points, in 48th place is Carta with 627 points and in 94th place is Clara Manzalini with 239 points.

Virginia Elena Carta concluded the match with a score of 71 (-1) scoring three birdies and suffering two bogeys, while Alessandra Fanali achieved an excellent result of 69 (-3) with three birdies. Both ended a strong season, with the former achieving five top tens and the latter taking the podium six times, including a win in a team event. The winner obtained a prize of 97,500 euros out of a prize pool of 650,000 euros.
