At this year's Masters, a total of 13 LIV Golfers will be competing. Despite expectations last year of conflicts between LIV Golfers and PGA Tour players, not a single incident occurred. Now, a year later, the situation has improved even further, with noticeably less animosity between the PGA Tour and LIV Golf. Golfers from both sides are entering this year's Masters fully prepared, ready to wear the Green Jacket. Ultimately, only one will succeed.

Jon Rahm, last year's Masters champion, is one of the favorites to win the Masters again this year. Speaking to the media, the Spanish golfer emphasized that while there aren't many Major champions from LIV Golf, there are numerous quality golfers. Looking at the numbers, the 29-year-old Spaniard believes the odds of a LIV player winning the competition aren't very high. However, as the reigning Masters champion, he is confident that one of the LIV Golfers can achieve great success this year and win the Masters.

His colleague, Bubba Watson, shares a similar opinion with him. Bubba Watson, a man with vast experience, especially when it comes to the Masters, intends to win another Masters title this year. It would be his third in total. This year marks exactly 10 years since his last Masters triumph. After winning the Masters in 2014, Watson managed to achieve the same feat two years earlier. The experienced golfer is aware that he will face a tough task, given the competition. He expects it to be a real battle and hopes that one of the LIV Golfers will succeed in winning the Masters.

“There’s some great golf being played out here, some great golf being played on the other tours, and so it’s going to be a battle”, -Bubba Watson said, as quoted by Irish Golfer!

“We are pulling for our friends no matter where they play but it’s going to be a battle and hopefully it is a LIV player and hopefully, I’m in that top five or challenging on Sunday.”

Brooks Koepka is also one of the golfers expected to perform well at this year's Masters. Often criticized and doubted, Koepka is focused on trying to come out on top this year. As a member of LIV Golf, he also hopes that one of the LIV Golfers will win this competition. Brooks emphasizes that it's hard to predict what will happen, but he believes that one of his LIV colleagues has a good chance of donning the Green Jacket. This amazing golfer notes that there will be many quality golfers at the Masters, still unsure about how many guys are in the field, assuming there are around 90. Koepka highlights that approximately 15% of the total number of players are LIV Golfers.

Koepka will be part of this competition thanks to his second PGA Championship victory five years earlier. However, even without that, Koepka would be competing considering he finished in the top 12 last year. There are many other ways Koepka has secured his spot at the Masters. Many have high expectations of him, although they don't necessarily rank him among the top golfers who could succeed at the Masters. Perhaps that will be the motivation for him to achieve great success.

LIV Golfers who will perform at the 2024 Masters

Besides the three mentioned LIV Golfers who will be competing in this year's Masters, there are also Bryson DeChambeau, Sergio Garcia, Tyrrell Hatton, Dustin Johnson, Adrian Meronk, Phil Mickelson, Joaquin Niemann, Patrick Reed, Charl Schwartzel, and Cameron Smith.

There are certainly many intriguing names on the LIV Golf roster.

Yet, it's difficult to predict whether any of them can achieve success this year, given the fierce competition expected at the Masters in a few days.

Some of the mentioned names from the LIV Golf roster might not be expected to make a notable leap and win this competition, but it's certain that at least half of them have a chance to go all the way. When considering everything, Jon Rahm is certainly the biggest name on this Tour, ready to make the LIV owners proud and achieve the same feat once again.

The 29-year-old Spaniard emphasized in his media interviews that, reflecting on last year, he once again has the desire to experience the same things. Rahm highlighted that winning the Masters is a special moment he will never forget. Having the honor to wear the Green Jacket is every golfer's dream.

Achieving the same feat twice is something that would be talked about for years to come. That's precisely why Rahm is motivated to show the world that he can do it again.

The Masters will begin on Monday. In those seven days, we'll have the opportunity to watch the best from the world of golf compete for the prestigious prize. Exciting seven days await us, and we hope everything will go smoothly so that we can enjoy what we love most; Great golf!
