Unstoppable. Nelly Korda clinched her fourth consecutive victory on the LPGA Tour in 2024, celebrating her 12th career win (including a Major, the Women's PGA Championship 2021) on the top American women's circuit, solidifying her position at the top of the world rankings.

The Olympic gold medalist at the Tokyo Olympics, at the Shadow Creek Golf Course in Las Vegas, Nevada, dominated the T-Mobile Match Play by defeating Irish golfer Leona Maguire in the final.

From stroke play tournaments to match play ones, the American is the current dominant force in women's golf.

The 25-year-old from Bradenton, Florida, swept all her matches in Las Vegas, defeating Angel Yin (3&2) in the quarterfinals, Narin An (4&3) in the semifinals, and decisively, Maguire (4&3) in the final. It had been since 2008 (with Mexican golfer Lorena Ochoa) that a player hadn't won four consecutive tournaments on the LPGA Tour.

With 12 victories to her name, she has ascended to the top spot in the Women's World Golf Rankings. Notably, Korda secured the Olympic gold medal at the women's individual golf event during the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan.

In addition to her individual successes, Korda has shared the stage with her sister Jessica Korda in representing the United States at the 2019 and 2021 Solheim Cups. She also competed independently at the 2023 Solheim Cup.

During her amateur career, Korda showcased her talent and potential. She was a member of the 2015 U.S. Junior Solheim Cup team. Notable victories include the 2015 Harder Hall Invitational and the 2015 PING Invitational. Korda was recognized as a 2015 AJGA Rolex Junior All-American.

Her early prowess was evident when she made the cut at the 2013 U.S. Women's Open, an achievement accomplished just one month before her 15th birthday.
