Scottie Scheffler shows no signs of slowing down. Just days after his triumphant win at the 2024 Masters, the world number one has secured another victory at the RBC Heritage in South Carolina. Scheffler's feat makes him only the third golfer, after Tiger Woods in 2006 and Bernhard Langer in 1985, to win the first tournament on the calendar following a victory at Augusta.

The American, sitting atop the world rankings, dominated at Hilton Head Island with a score of 265 strokes (69 65 63 68, -19), comfortably surpassing his compatriots Sahith Theegala (-16), Windham Clark, and Patrick Cantlay, who tied for third with 269 strokes (-15).

Scheffler's whirlwind performance, even overpowering the rain that forced organizers to postpone the final part of the fourth and last round to Monday, solidifies his status as the undisputed master of the men's green.

For the 27-year-old from Ridgewood, New Jersey, this marks his fourth triumph in the last five games played (The Players, Arnold Palmer, Masters, and RBC Heritage), with a second-place finish at the Houston Open. This victory also marks Scheffler's tenth career win (including two Masters) in 121 PGA Tour games.

Surpassing double digits, Scheffler burst onto the scene in 2022 with four victories from February 13th to April 10th. Just like two years ago, he has already clinched a quartet of wins in the early months of the season.
