The Basque golfer expresses his enthusiasm for competing again at this iconic course: "Returning to Valderrama is always special. It's a golf course steeped in history, Spanish history, and I'm delighted to return with the level of course and competition it deserves." The tournament will feature a field of 54 top-level players, including multiple major winners, adding further allure to the event.

'Rahmbo' celebrates Valderrama's ability to attract so many stars: "Seeing it back in the position it should be and becoming a meeting point for a public, like the Spanish, who closely follow team sports, I think is good for Spain and good for golf." The golfer also praises the introduction of the team format through the LIV, noting that it is something that benefits the sport overall: "It's much easier to support a team than an individual, to be part of something, to follow it." Rahm believes this format will rejuvenate golf, especially in Spain.

According to the Basque golfer, the team format of the LIV is a great success: "Golf may have had difficulties in recent years, and having this new breath of LIV Golf and teams, especially Spanish teams, I think is something that will rejuvenate this sport and give it a boost, not just for me, but because many people will follow my teammates simply because they're on the team." In summary, Jon Rahm eagerly anticipates the LIV Andalucía and sees the team format of the LIV as an opportunity to boost golf, both in Spain and internationally.
