Excellent performance by Stefano Mazzoli, who ranked fifth with 281 (73 69 67 72, -11) shots, in the International Series Morocco played on the course of the Royal Golf Dar Es Salam (Red Course, par 73), in Rabat, Morocco , where Ben Campbell won (277 – 68 70 68 71, -15).

The New Zealander reached the American John Catlin (277 – 66 71 68 72) at the last minute with the eagle-birdie sequence on the last two holes and then overtook him in the first overtime.

In third place in the International Series Morocco 2024 for Asian Tour with 280 (-12) the other American Caleb Surratt and the Spaniard Eugenio Chacarra, player of LIV Golf, who succumbed at the end after being co-leader with Catlin, and together with Mazzoli the Australian Travis Smyth.

In the final round he overcame the deficit he suffered from Catlin after 54 holes with a partial score of 71 (-2) resulting from an eagle, three birdies and three bogey. For him a check for 360,000 dollars on a prize pool of 2,000,000 dollars.

Mazzoli, after starting in 64th place, moved up to fifth in the third round, passing through 15th, and in the fourth he made up for a false start (three bogeys and only one birdie on the first nine holes) with three birdies in the final , for 72 (-1) which allowed him to maintain his position and sign the best result of the season in the six events he took part in on the tour, for which he has the 'card' obtained at the Qualifying School.

The rules of golf are relatively complicated compared to other sports because they are applied outdoors, close to nature and animals.
