For tennis, the time has already come to switch surfaces, to move onto grass and begin the eagerly awaited grass-swing.
The two WTA 250s in Nottingham and 's-Hertogenbosch, the first preparatory tournaments for Wimbledon, are scheduled from 10 to 16 June. After the emotions of the last few weeks, the WTA draw in the Netherlands will be led by Jessica Pegula, who has already qualified for the 2nd round after beating the qualifier Aliaksandra Sasnovich in straight sets.

The American tennis player will face Serbian Aleksandra Krunic tomorrow for a place in the quarterfinals. Seeded number two is the Russian Ludmilla Samsonova. The match not to be missed in the first round is certainly the one between a newfound Naomi Osaka and the Belgian Elise Mertens. The Japanese won the first round in straight sets and subsequently beat the Dutch Suzan Lamens in two sets. In the 3rd round, Naomi will face Bianca Andreescu in a super challenge.

But, speaking of Jessica Pegula, the very strong and beautiful American tennis player was the protagonist of a shoot for Vogue, the well-known fashion magazine. For now, two close-up photos have been shown, in which Jez looks truly beautiful.

"A little layering, a little ear stack, multiple bracelets," said Pegula. Among the comments also that of Danielle Collins, who wrote: "Super model!"

Her countrywoman Sloane Stephens is also featured in Vogue. The former US Open winner is wearing a fantastic orange dress and, in the first photo, she too appears half-length.

"A little layering, a little ear stack, multiple bracelets. When I play, I love to wear a diamond choker—something cute that stands out, but that is also subtle," explained Sloane.

Stephens played at Roland Garros (where she is also a former finalist) where she was eliminated in the first round by Yulia Putintseva. Pegula had instead decided to skip the French Open due to a physical problem. Jessica had played - before the s-Hertogenbosch Open - at the Charleston Open.
