
2013 - Reilly made his pro debut at home Futures, winning one match to enter the ATP ranking list
2014 - Six Futures wins for the place in three quarter-finals
2015 - Challenger debut in Binghamton. 4 Futures wins and two quarter-final runs
2016 - From outside the top-950, Reilly almost cracked the top-200 at the end of the season after a great run, making an ATP debut in Houston and reaching the semi-final in Atlanta before losing to John Isner. First Masters 1000 win in Cincinnati and the first Challenger title in Charlottesville
2017 - Opelka qualified for the main draw at the Australian Open, losing to David Goffin in five sets. 1-8 score on the ATP Tour and 10 Challenger wins, enough for the place in the top-230 for the second year in a row
2018 - Diagnosed with mono during the summer months, Reilly missed a few months on the Tour but he still found the way to enter the top-100 and finish in the elite group for the first time in a career. He won two matches in Delray Beach to reach the quarters but the majority of his points came in Challengers, winning 34 matches and three titles from five finals, including Bordeaux, Knoxville and Champaign
