Tennis - 17 year old Christian Garin wins French Open boys title

Tennis - 17 year old Chilean junior Christian Garin has won the French Open junior boys title, becoming the third Chilean to win the junior boys title at Roland Garros. Garin follows in the footsteps of Marcel Rios, who won the boys title here in 1993, and Fernando Gonzalez, who won here in 1998.

The 17 year old defeated Alexander Zverev in the final 6-4, 6-1 in just 66 minutes. The 6 ft Garin already has a win over world no.166 Dusan Lajovic of Serbia on the ATP circuit earlier this year. Rios went on to become world no. 1 while Gonzalez was a top 10 player for Chile. Will Garin follow in their footsteps on the pro circuit as well?
