Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios delivered a cheeky shot at Casper Ruud after claiming a routine win over the Norwegian at the Indian Wells Masters. Kyrgios, who was granted a wildcard into the Indian Wells Masters, handed a 6-4 6-4 loss to world No.
8 Ruud in the Indian Wells third round. It was the second meeting between the two as Ruud won their first meeting at the 2019 Rome Masters after Kyrgios was defaulted. In 2019, Ruud labeled Kyrgios as an "idiot on the court."
“I hear no talking now. None. F------ none," Kyrgios said after beating Ruud, as quoted on Tennishead.

"Next time you have something to say, I would appreciate you say it to my face, I’m sure you wouldn’t run your mouth so much after that," Kyrgios wrote in 2019.
“Until then I will continue to rather watch paint dry then watch you play tennis, boring af [as f---]. “But again, I also understand why you have to keep my name in your mouth, because people don’t even realise that you play tennis.
Good luck in Milan champ x." Kyrgios, now ranked at No. 132 in the world, believes he is one of the best when he plays his game. “I know what I’m capable of. I think everyone does as well. It’s whether I put my mind to it,” he said.
“I feel rejuvenated. I just feel like I’m here, I’m happy, and I’m just ready to give my all every match. “I’ve played three pretty solid players who have been playing on a lot of confidence and I’ve won three matches in straight sets.
Now there are 16 players left, playing at the top of their game. This is where you want to be, and I just want to keep moving forward, keep my head down and stay positive”.
