Of course there is great expectation on the shoulders of Jannik Sinner who together with Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic - if he can be at the starting line - is among the very first favorites of the tournament.

For Italy we also look with great attention to Lorenzo Musetti, semifinalist in Stuttgart and finalist at Queen’s who is having a great season on grass. Then there is Matteo Berrettini, finalist of the 2021 edition of Wimbledon, for which the draw will obviously have a huge weight.

Because not being a production head can be matched to all and represents one of those loose ends that certainly even the very first favorites will want to avoid on their way.

For sure among the players not seeded that the first favorites of the tournament will want to avoid the debut there is the two-time Queen’s champion Matteo Berrettini who on the grass is definitely very dangerous.

Today it is 60 of the world. Then in this list you can enter Jan-Lennard Struff, number 41 of the world. An experienced 34-year-old player, with a good performance on the grass and who in recent days lost to Sinner in Halle only at the tie break of the third set.

Then there is Cameron Norrie, 28 years number 44 of the world at ease on the lawns of the house even if it is not in his best period of form but the air of Wimbledon could regenerate it with the support of the public. On the rise then there is Arthurs Fils who remains out of the series heads by little in the absence of further forfeiture.

The French player is 34 of the world. Finally better to avoid also Jordan Thompson number 39 of the world and recent semifinalist at the Queen’s defeated by Musetti.
