Bryan Brothers Split with their coach David Macpherson

On Instagram Mike and Bob Bryan announced they are not working with their coach David Macpherson anymore. The relationship came to an end after 11 very successful years where they won 15 Grand Slam finals and lost 13.

The Bryans explained the reason of this decision is that Macpherson has accepted the head coaching job at George Washington University.

'It is a great opportunity for Macca to continue coaching high level players and be able to enjoy more time at home with his family', they wrote. 'Mike and I are extremely grateful not only for his loyal friendship, but for his tireless effort and dedication to our careers.

Macca will always be part of our family and we look forward to many more memories off the court, wishing him continued success for the future.'

It will be interesting to see which next coach they will have: it will be an important decision for them as they have a few years left of tennis competition probably.
