Tennis superstar Andy Murray has been ranked as the second wealthiest sportsmen in Great Britain on the new The Sunday Times Rich List. Famous golfer Rory Mcllroy leads the list as he was ranked at No. 1 on the The Sunday Times Rich List: Richest Young Sports Stars.
Murray has earned just less than $61 million in tournament prize money so far in his career. Football superstars -- Gareth Bale and Sergio Aguero -- are both ranked behind Murray at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively. British boxing superstar Anthony Joshua comes up next on the list at No.
5. Meanwhile, three-time Grand Slam champion Murray continues to prepare himself to make a comeback to tennis. The 30-year-old hasn't played since Wimbledon as he is recovering from a hip surgery. The former world No. 1 hopes to make a comeback next month during when the grass-court season kicks off.
