Andy Murray has made a winning comeback as he and partner Feliciano Lopez beat No. 1 seeds Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah in the Queen's first round 7-6 (5) 6-3. As no breaks were seen, the first set went into a tie-break, where Murray and Lopez converted their first set point to win the opener.
Murray and Lopez then got the first break of the match in the sixth game and then held on to their serve to claim a straight-set win. Murray and Soares realized 1-of-3 of their break point chances and saved the lone break point they faced in an hour an 14 minutes of play.
Murray and Soares play next against either Dan Evans and Ken Skupski or Felix Auger-Aliassime and Alex de Minaur. Meanwhile, Lucas Pouille and Stan Wawrinka also suffered a defeat. No. 2 seeds Mate Pavic and Bruno Soares came from a set down to beat Pouille and Wawrinka 5-7 6-3 10-5.

Pavic and Soares then dominated the match tie-break to complete a comeback. Pavic and Soares won 85 percent of their first serve points, realized just 1-of-6 of their break point chances but also saved 3-of-4 of Pouille and Wawrinka's break point opportunities in an hour and seven minutes of play.
