Australian tennis player Bernard Tomic seems to be in great spirits though he hasn't enjoyed a great start to the season. The world No. 174 wasn't awarded a wildcard entry into either Brisbane or the Australian Open.
Tomic, 25, hasn't played since the early January. The 25-year-old won two Australian Open qualifying matches before he fell short in the qualifying final round to Italian Lorenzo Sonego. Tomic then briefly appeared on a reality show I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! which was set in the South-African jungle.
The Australian is due to return to competitive action this month at the Challenger circuit. Tomic enjoyed a night out with his entourage at a Gold Coast nightclub on Sunday -- where his friend was accused of spiking a girl's drink.
"I just made a million dollars for four days on I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here,” Tomic told The Gold Coast Bulletin when asked about the nightclub incident. "I just bought another house. I'm buying everything on the Gold Coast.” Also read: Bernard Tomic's entourage accused of drink spiking
