After his Instagram live chat with former World No. 1 and good friend Andy Murray, Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios has now asked the Big Three - Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal or Roger Federer, for an online chat session.
The 25 year old Kyrgios posted an update on his Twitter account, saying 'Novak or Nadal or feds or anyone next? Let’s be OPEN & HONEST'
This is the second time that Kyrgios has asked Nadal for an Instagram live session.Novak or Nadal or feds or anyone next? Let’s be OPEN & HONEST — Nicholas Kyrgios (@NickKyrgios) May 16, 2020
A couple of weeks ago, BBC Sport had asked their viewers to pick which two sporting heroes they would like to see interact on Facetime, one of the pairings were Kyrgios and Nadal. Kyrgios then invited Nadal for a live session on Instagram.
“Rafa lets do Instagram live together. I am down with it. Rafael Nadal let’s do it,” the Australian had written on his handle. However, the Spaniard turned down the invite from Kyrgios saying that he would be better talking to someone of his age.
“I don’t mind doing a live with Nick but there’s a generational gap and he might have more fun with someone closer to his age and style." During his chat with Murray, Kyrgios said he believed Andy Murray is a better tennis player than world No 1 Novak Djokovic "I think you should have one of the best careers ever," said world No 40 Kyrgios, during their chat.
"I think you are better than Djokovic. Djokovic was playing dodgeball on my serve and you were slapping it for a winner. He was trying to dodge it; you were on it like a light." In a typically expressionless reply, Murray said: "The results would suggest otherwise."
