Adriano Panatta: "Carlos Alcaraz is not giving me anything"

Former Italian tennis player Adriano Panatta admitted that he was not particularly attracted to Carlos Alcaraz's style of play. Panatta is expressing in these days his opinions of many tennis players, including his countryman Matteo Berrettini and Jannik Sinner.

He explained: "Personally, he does not pass on almost anything to me in terms of tennis, but he has two indisputable qualities: he is extremely strong and continuous. He can win many Grand Slams." Alcaraz became the youngest number one in history after winning his first career Slam at the US Open.

The Spanish young star has surpassed even the rosiest expectations this season and has shown that he can play on par with legends of the caliber of Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal.
