Carlos Alcaraz's smoothness on the tennis court shone brightly once again in the semifinal against Jannik Sinner, which ended 7-6(4) 6-3 for the Spaniard, but one point pulled off by Carlitos was remarkably reminiscent of the styles of Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, and Andy Murray, according to Bastien Fachan, a French author of a book about the Big 3.
Fachan highlighted the point in one of his recent tweets. "This point is funny because Alcaraz starts by pounding the ball from the baseline like Nadal/Djokovic, comes to the net and volleys like Federer, then backtracks and wins it with a trademark Murray lob," Fachan tweeted alongside a video of the point.
Carlos Alcaraz's point confirmed his bright future in tennis and his worthiness to continue the legacy of tennis legends like Nadal, Djokovic, Federer, and Murray. This point is funny because Alcaraz starts by pounding the ball from the baseline like Nadal/Djokovic, comes to the net and volleys like Federer, then backtracks and wins it with a trademark Murray lob pic.twitter.com/zpsIIFxTmD — Bastien Fachan (@BastienFachan) March 19, 2023
And who knows? With his skills at his young age, he may take tennis to whole new heights. Alcaraz also reacted to the point. "A little bit of everything (un poco de todo)," Alcaraz captioned the video.

Noah Rubin reacts to Alcaraz's point
After Noah Rubin, former 2014 junior Wimbledon champion, saw the video he reacted on Twitter.
"I truly hope no kids are watching this. Don’t think it’s healthy to try and emulate this level of tennis," Rubin tweeted. Carlos Alcaraz, soon to be world number one, will play his third Masters 1000 final after he beat Sinner 7-6, 6-3 in the 6th match against the Swiss, continuing their rivalry.
Carlitos will play against Daniil Medvedev in the Indian Wells final. The Russian dispatched American Frances Tiafoe in two sets. Another achievement worth mentioning is that Alcaraz joined the select group of teenagers reaching 3 Masters 1000 finals.
Medvedev and Nadal are the other ones who managed the feat. Read more: ATP Indian Wells: Carlos Alcaraz tops Jannik Sinner and reaches final.
