On the one hand the new number one in the world Jannik Sinner, winner at the Australian Open and protagonist of many good victories in recent months; on the other hand Carlos Alcaraz, a young talent who for some years is on the name of every fan.

The two faced each other at Roland Garros, for the first time in the semifinals in a Grand Slam tournament, and Alcaraz won after a long battle in five heavy sets. The journalist and director of Corriere dello Sport Ivan Zazzaroni gave a nice interview to the microphones of Mowmag and dealt with many themes.

Ivan Zazzaroni on Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner

Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner and much more: the Italian tennis player is engaged this week in the tournament of Halle, seasonal debut on grass and meanwhile Ivan Zazzaroni had a fairly clear opinion on the two phenomena of world tennis.

Here are his words: "I’m not a tennis expert but during the semifinals I thought about it several times, on the level of natural talent Alcaraz has something more than Sinner. Jannik, however, has a great talent and in recent years has developed a rather personal tennis that can create difficulties for anyone, including Alcaraz.

He is a champion but I think that as for the talent and the shots Alcaraz has something more". Regarding the future and the possible pressure on Sinner number one, Zazzaroni praises the South Tyrolean tennis player: "I think he is managing everything great, he has also grown in terms of communication.

He’s a different tennis player than he was a year or two ago from this point of view, we could say he’s a different person. It has a simple and at the same time very effective communication".
