The Monmouth University men's tennis team gets a 4-3 victory against Siena on Sunday afternoon, in Latham, NY. With this win, Monmouth improve to 9-4 on the season. The Hawks are heading to Virginia next weekend for a couple games on Friday and Saturday.
Now, the Hawks will travel to Norfolk, VA to face the Norfolk State Spartans on Friday, March 31.

The Hawks secured the double point with wins at No. 1 (Niels Van Noord and Dmitry Bezborodov) and No. 2 (Victor Castro and Gabriel Busato). The team also won in three of six singles spots, earning points from Niels Van Noord (No.

1), Victor Castro (No. 3) and Diego Laporta (No. 6).

About the Monmouth University

Monmouth University is a private university located in West Long Branch in the state of New Jersey.

Founded in 1933 as Monmouth Junior College, it became a university in 1995. It currently has approximately 6,500 students and over 73% of faculty members hold a PhD or Master's degree. The student-faculty ratio is 15:1. 44% of students live on campus.
