ITA Division I Women's Rankings - March 21, 2017: Florida and Francesca Di Lorenzo maintain the lead

Florida Gators suffered their first setback at home after 163 consecutive wins, beaten by Georgia on march 17, but they are still in a commanding lead in ITA/Oracle Division I women's rankings. Ohio State remained second while Georgia moved from 6th to 3rd, just ahead of North Carolina who slid to 4th.

Georgia Tech is the only new team in the Top 10, progressing from 11th to 6th, and LSU can also be happy with the week they had, going from 27th to 16th. Texas A&M is the other new team in the Top 20 while the University of Virginia also did a good job, moving to 29th after being unranked last time around.

SEC is by far the strongest Conference, with 11 squads in the Top 25, with Big 12 standing in second with 5. Ohio State's Francesca Di Lorenzo is still the player to beat in singles, ahead of Hayley Carter and Ena Shibahara who remained second and third.

Blair Shankle and Eleni Christofi entered Top 10 and Gabby Smith from Southern California is the only new face in the Top 20. Ellen Perez gained almost 30 positions, jumping from 55th to 26th, together with Estela Perez-Somarriba who is now 33rd after being 66th 7 days ago.

Doubles list saw no changes in the leading 3 spots, with Hayley Carter/Jessie Aney obtaining a slim advantage over Kate Fahey/Alex Najarian and Christine Maddox/Mayar Sherif Ahmed. Top 20 ranked teams: 1. [88.55] University of Florida 1
