The most awaited ninth week of the 2019 tennis season will have two great players ready to go down on the court: Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer. A total of four events will be played: three ATP tournaments and one WTA tournament.
The Dubai Tennis Championships 2019, ATP 500 on the hard courts of Dubai, will see Kei Nishikori seed no. 1 and Roger Federer seed no. 2. With them, there will be Stefanos Tstitsipas, Gael Monfils, Marin Cilic (who will challenge the Frenchman in a super first round), Borna Coric and Milos Raonic.
A tournament full of stars and with a guaranteed show. At the Abierto Mexicano Telcel 2019, ATP 500 on the hard courts of Acapulco, Rafa Nadal leads the draw. In the bottom half, there will also be the return of Alexander Zverev.
On the courts also Stan Wawrinka, Frances Tiafoe and Nick Kyrgios. The last men's tournament will be the Brasil Open 2019, ATP 250 on the clay courts of Sao Paulo. Joao Sousa, Leonardo Mayer, Malek Jaiziri and the young Felix Auger-Aliassime will be the stars of the event.
The only WTA event of the week will be the WTA International Abierto Mexicano Telcel 2019, combined ATP / WTA on the hard courts of Acapulco. Sloane Stephens leads the seeding, but there are many other stars on the courts.
Among them Amanda Anisimova, Johanna Konta, Victoria Azarenka, Donna Vekic, Daria Gavrilova and Danielle Collins.
