Who are the players who've beaten Roger Federer, Nadal, Djokovic most times?

Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal have won a total of 56 Grand Slam titles, 97 ATP Masters 1000 tournaments and 11 ATP Finals. The Big Three have given birth to one of the most exciting eras in the history of tennis, surpassing any previously marked record.

Winning against them is a very difficult goal, as the young players of the Tour like Alexander Zverev, Dominic Thiem, Stefanos Tsitsipas and Nick Kyrgio are experiencing. And like other rivals of this era, such as Marin Cilic, Milos Raonic, Kei Nishikori and Grigor Dimitrov lived.

Yet there are three players who managed to win several times against Federer, Djokovic and Nadal, often putting the Big Three in great difficulty. Andy Murray is the player who came closest to the level of the Big Three (until 2016, they were, in fact, called Fab Four or Big Four).

Murray won 19 matches against his three great rivals: 11 times against Federer and Djokovic, seven times against Nadal. Murray has won three Majors: Wimbledon 2013 and 2016 (respectively against Djokovic and Raonic) and the US Open 2012, against Djokovic.

Juan Martin Del Potro managed to defeat the Big Three 17 times, despite the many injuries that have affected his career. The Argentinian has got seven wins against Federer, six against Nadal and four against Djokovic. He won the 2009 US Open against Federer.

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has defeated the Big Three 16 times. The Frenchman has got six wins against Federer and Djokovic, and four against Nadal. We have to consider that a player like Stan Wawrinka, who won three Slams, has won only 12 matches against the Big Three (three against Federer, three against Nadal and six against Djokovic).

Federer is the player defeated more times by Murray, del Potro and Tsonga: 24 defeats, while Djokovic has 21 defeats and Nadal has 17 defeats. Considering the incredible dominance of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic, and that a player like Stan Wawrinka - who won three Slams - won only 12 matches against the Big Three (three against Federer, three against Nadal, and six against Djokovic), we can say that Murray, del Potro and Tsonga's goal is very important for this tennis era.
