Tennis - Russia and Spain have announced the venues for their upcoming Fed Cup ties in April. Spain will take on Paraguay on an outdoor clay court at La Manga Club in Cartagena on 21-22 April - the first time that the club will be hosting an event in 14 years - the last time it was used Spain beat Switzerland 3-2 in 2004.
