Tennis: Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza has decided to play next year with the former World No.1 and 2-time Women's Doubles Grand Slam winner Su-Wei Hsieh. This year Sania Mirza's partner was Cara Black, whereas Su-Wei Hsieh had been playing with Shuai Peng of China for last few years.
Both teams had met each other in the final of the WTA Finals in Singapore, where Black and Mirza had won in straight sets. Mirza and Black are splitting because the Zimbabwean has decided to take a rest for one year and spend some time with her family. Hsieh and Peng, who won Wimbledon last year and the French Open this year, had also decided to split at the end of the year, few months ago.
Mirza said Hsieh is a lovely girl and a great player. She also praised Black and said they had a great partnership, fun on and off the court. She missed Black all the best for the future.
