Maria Sharapova ´I would probably not play a Grand Slam mixed doubles, even though Grigor wants to´

Tennis - Maria Sharapova has five Grand Slam titles to her name. But the Russian superstar would be hesitant to play mixed doubles with boyfriend Grigor Dimitrov, who has yet to reach a Grand Slam final on the men's side, for fear of making herself look bad as compared to the Bulgarian.

While speaking to the press during the WTA All-Access Hour in Montreal, the Russian world no. 6 commented, 'I would probably not play a Grand Slam mixed doubles, even though he wants to, But we'd have fun. We do in practice occasionally.

But he's much better and I don't want to make myself look bad." Sharapova and Dimitrov have been dating since the beginning of last year and while the Russian has been a household name since winning her first Grand Slam at the age of 17 a decade ago, Dimitrov has only broken into the top 10 this year and is considered as one of the players ready to challenge the Big Four in the men's game.
